B2B Product Advisor (French) (Barcelona)

The Company.

Our client is a Belgian BPO company with an office in Barcelona. For their partner, an e-payment company, they are currently recruiting a Flemish speaking Outbound Customer Advisor for the Belgian market.

The Job.

After 2 days of training you will call existing business customers to ask them to replace their existing payment terminal.
The main tasks include:
– Outbound calls
– Providing excellent customer service to existing business customers
– Asking customer to replace their existing payment terminal
– Pay high attention to details and handle carefully sensitive date of customers
– Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and record information

The Profile.

– You are a native French speaker and have a good level of English
– You have excellent communication skills
– You are a team player and are open-minded
– You are enthusiast and motivated
– You are reliable and have an eye for details
– You have customer service experience on the phone
– You are pro-active, motivated and used to work accurate

The Offer.

– A salary of Protected content gross/month + performance related bonus + free Spanish classes offered
– Monday- Friday: 9 am – 5.30 pm
