Business Development and Lead Generation Telesales (Barcelona)

T4 Group ( Protected content ) is the leading business development and lead generation company for IFAs in the UK, we count HSBC, Barclays and St James's Place as our clients, as well as many others from the top Protected content advisory firms.

We are currently expanding our operations into Spain and are now looking for self-motivated individuals with energy and enthusiasm to be part of our new Barcelona team.

The Role

Making Protected content per day to achieve the target of Protected content per week. Promoting corporate financial planning, employee benefits and pension planning. Arranging appointments with company directors and high net-worth individuals to discuss a range of opportunities on behalf of IFAs in the UK.

What we require

Fluency in English with a clear accent.
Proven record in lead generation or sales.
Hunters with a team spirit and a competitive edge!
Ability to hold an intelligent business conversation with C-Level and Boardroom directors (not just work from a script).

What we would like

Knowledge of the financial industry (any area)
Second language (French, German, Dutch...)
Basic level of Castellano
