Cancer Support in Barcelona - urgent help needed

Can anyone help a friend of mine who's Brother (Scottish man) has fairly advanced cancer, but doesn't speak Spanish and doesn't seem to be getting much local support where he lives in Barcelona. I am working on limited information, but I think a Macmillan Trust type organisation would be the sort of support he needs, to be able to communicate property with hospitals, doctors and hospices, and navigate his way through the system there? I would very much appreciate any advice any0one could provide?
