Certification of document (Barcelona)

Hi all,
I need to get a copy of the photo page only of my passport certified as a true copy of the original. Does anyone know where I can get this done without paying a Notary Euro60 for 1 minute of their time. I have tried the usual places that could do this back home ie Bank Officer, Pharmacist, Police but it seems they cannot. Any info would be so greatly appreciated as it is quite urgent.
