Vistaprint is a global e-commerce leader that markets quality products and services to targeted customer segments across the globe. Our in-house creative team here in Barcelona supports Vistaprint´s European operations and is seeking a Creative Manager to be part of a top class marketing creative team.
Your role will be to manage and motivate a team of graphic designers in the creation of high-performing material for Vistaprint´s direct response campaigns. You´ll manage and promote team collaboration between creative team members and marketing partners based on high standards and a need for exceptional delivery. You´ll also develop individuals and departmental objectives alongside senior management to ensure brand is executed according to guidelines and team members have clear career development plans.
Suitable applicants may have come from a similar in-house marketing/ creative background, ideally focusing on direct marketing within the ecommerce industry…or a similar one. You might have been called a Creative Manager, Art Director, Creative Project Manager. What’s for sure is that you would have lead a team through multiple projects and to tight deadlines, and will have excellent working knowledge of the packages and technologies they use ( Adobe creative suite - Photoshop, illustrator, indesign, Dreamweaver), HTML. Candidates must be fluent in English and ideally one other European language, and must have a solid portfolio of varied design work to show off.
