Main Functions: -Attend the customer phone calls. -Provide information. -Registry them in there database. -Order spare parts. -Attend warranty claims on the bike
Requirements: - Pleasant, dialect-free telefon voice - Good and precise expression written and oral - Confident and friendly attitude on the pone - Highly customer and Service-oriented - Good in working with modern IT / PC - Project specific knowledge, optional Project specific education (ebikes, technical) - Teamwork capabilites and high motivation - Technical basic understanding - Identification with ebikes
We offer - Long term contract: - Full time position Monday-Friday 9h-18h.
