E-business Swedish Planner (Barcelona)

HP Shopping EMEA is the direct motion to serve end users and SMB via web or telesales. This is a fast growing business, deployed in 8 countries in EMEA.
The fulfilment model is managed thru preferred partners, stocking products for us or enabling leveraged stock for HP Shopping sellout. In order to optimize availability, which is the key trigger for next day delivery SLA, a full business planning team is managing end to end processes to ensure max availability on “must-have” products ,prevent any stock disruption and ensure that products appear in the storefront at the appropriate time with the correct quantities. This involves working closely with cross functional teams to accurately forecast trends, plan stock levels and monitor performance.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Support Sales team with forecasting activities
*Maintain a Top sku portfolio in alignment with sales team: “Must have” / “Good to have” and “others” SKU
*Consolidate country HP Shopping plans into EMEA/BU plan and communicate to supply chain and product managers
*Analyze forecast accuracy and perform rootcause analysis on deviations
*Measure and provide data metrics to identify aged stock, incremental business, GPM analysis …

2. End 2 End Campaign management
*Guide Sales and provide support on optimal catalogue management and proactive manage EOL and NPI, replacements, embargo etc
*Optimize content development and publishing workflows
*Participate to campaign brief preparation, coordinate and provide guidance to back office teams
*Monitor closely on campaign execution in alignment with stock availability
*Provide recommendations for merchandising content and placement

3. Manage Inventory Replenishment Plan Protected content
*Convert forecast into material requirement and sustain replenishment in alignment to sell out trend, run weekly refresh and build mitigation point
*Ensure production orders are placed as per requirements and with the right priority with Supply Chain
*Set up distributor inventory replenishment for customer orders that cannot be fulfilled due Distributor out-of-stock
*Drives the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools and reports.

4. Manage product availability
*Focus on maximizing the availability of top runners products in our partners warehouse
*Control consistency between Store front availability status, Distributor inventory status feeds and HP Supply chain order status
*Drive the development and improvement of the Buy-button strategy by monitoring ETA accuracy, perform root cause analysis and maintain an appropriate process

Key Skills
*Cross functional operations knowledge
*Solid understanding of forecasting & planning – associated tools, methods, processes, data collection & analysis requirements
*Team player with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Problem solving abilities and Business Analysis skills

Core Skills
*Excellent Analytical Skills and knowledge of MS Excel (SQL is a plus)
*Fluent in English and Swedish
*Good communication skills
