Our client is one of the top Food and Beverage company in the world. To support their growth, they are currently looking for Customer Service Agents with a native level of English.

The Job

In this position, the ideal candidate ensures Customer Support to the consumers of company’s products. The main tasks involve providing solutions to queries, questions, explaining features and advantages of a variety of our client's exclusive leading products, answering to incoming service calls by:

- Providing accurate information to the customers
- Logging and follow up of correct and valid orders or requests
- Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys scores
- Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (logistics, warranties, refunds, ...)
- Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client's training, policies and procedures

The Profile

- Native level in English (UK)
- Previous experience in customer service or in clients contact job is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Team player and open-minded
- Enthusiast and motivated
- Eager to learn and self-starter

The Offer

- A salary in line with market conditions: 16.000 € + performance based bonus
