Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

Following the growth of our company in Barcelona, we are now recruitingFrench native speakers with good English to perform the role of Helpdesk Advisor to one of the biggest companies in the world. Located in our office in Barcelona you will be integrated in a multicultural team. We are looking for new talent with commitment to build with Sitel Barcelona a successful career.

The role of the Customer Service Representatives involves providing excellent customer service, supporting consumers via email and/or phones. You wil be responsable for handling cases concerning technical issues, in order to support our client providind cutting-edge customer in a professional and competent manner. Through problem identification, troubleshooting, education and resolution, these experienced agents will be required to provide innovative and exceptional customer experience.
