German Logistics Planner Assistant (Barcelona)

Our client based in Terrassa is a market leader in providing security solutions in retail stores for merchandise. With their innovative devices they improve the customers´ shopping experience and protect the retail sector from shoplifters.
For their Customer Service team they are looking for a talented person to join their offices in the surroundings of Barcelona (Terrassa).

As a Logistics Planner Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Setting an installation date with your clients and planning the installation procedure
- Keeping contact with your customers, the Sales department and Field service
- Managing the installation and reinstallation of the devices with your technicians and subcontractors
- Receiving return orders from clients, releasing material and controlling the status of the return orders
- Establishing and maintaining contact with clients, installations technicians and sales representatives
- Preparing the documents for billing
- Entering all the data into the CRM system (SAP)

Key Languages:
- Native level of German
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish

Core Skills/Experience:
- Previous relevant experience in Logistics, Purchase or Import/Export
- Experienced in delivering an excellent customer service based on your customers´ needs
- Able to plan and organize complex logistical processes
- SAP working knowledge is a plus
- Dynamic, energetic and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Responsible and accurate
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to communicate effectively and work in a team
