The successful candidate will be a highly competent, team player with extensive experience in managing teams in a multicultural environment.
Main responisibilites include:
Leading and coaching of the German SSC Team
Training of the team in new order processes or systems
Work management and setting the priorities
Elaboration and preparation of working instructions
Monitoring of the tasks in deadlines and quality
Reporting to SSC Manager and local Customer Service Manager in Germany
Contact Person for the team in general affairs
