Housing/taxes (Barcelona)

Hi all,

We are looking to relocate with our family (two kids 3 and 5) late next summer. We are working with my husband's company on the relocation details. Can you give me an idea of what we can expect for an apartment? We are looking at Sarria for a neighborhood, but I'm afraid that's one of the pricier areas. For a 3-bedroom, what we can expect?

And 47% taxes! Yikes!! Please give me some details about the financial side of living in Barcelona. It's our dream to make this happen, but we're counting pennies to see if we can.
