Technology Consultant II (Native German Speaking Protected content
The PSG Presales EMEA Inside Technical Consultant (EMEA ITC) role is an entry-level technical presales role. It is aligned to language regions, representing the full portfolio of PSG volume products and solutions, including desktops, notebooks, workstations, thin clients, and Retail points of sale. In order to address customer business needs through the full sales process. The EMEA ITC mission is to internally support sales opportunities by providing technical support via email and telephone, from a central location, to country aligned PSG field sales and inside sales people. As needed to advance the sales cycle, the EMEA ITC engages other technical resources (Presales organization, regional and divisional resources, etc.) delivering a technical/solution expertise to help HP win business and provide an excellent level of total customer experience (TCE).
Corporate / Enterprise and Public Sector accounts
· Protected content remote back-office technical support to PSG field sales and inside sales specialists, to PSG country field and inside technical consultants and to PSG sales support teams (CSSMs).
· Protected content PSG CEP and volume direct Sales to achieve and exceed HP revenue and profit goals.
· Protected content and tracking technical questions via phone and email.
· Protected content to respond to customers requests for information, proposal and Quote (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
· Protected content the best, most competitive configurations and solutions for our customers in order to win their business. (Using Easy configuration tool)
· Protected content in opportunities requiring an in-depth or technical understanding of PSG client hardware, software and solutions.
· Protected content technical recommendations, direction and guidance on PSG solutions.
· Protected content and manage technical escalations on questions and technical issues which cannot be solved within the CITC team. (To EMEA presales 2LS via Impact).

· Protected content proactive technical updates and/or Newsletter items for communication to the sales community that is supported.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Protected content (undergraduate) degree or equivalent experience preferably in technical field
· Protected content experience and knowledge of computer client technologies, hardware, operating systems,

· Protected content written and verbal communication skills in German and in English
