I am renting 3 rooms against the Ciutadella Park (Barcelona)

I am renting 3 rooms in a sunny apartment on the other side of the Ciutadella Park with a huge balcony with very nice views on the park. The apartment is equiped with: 2 bathrooms, a sunny living room, a new kitchen with fridge and microwave and an extra space to wash and dry clothes including wash machine.

The rooms are 320,00 Euros, 350,00 Euros and 370, Protected content for water, electricity gas internet wifi. The rooms can be rented equiped with furniture but you can also bring your own furniture if you prefer. I am looking for clean, responsable persons and no party people.

The apartment is on the other side of the Ciutadella Park and close to the metro arco de triomf, the bus station: estacion de norte and the train station estación de franca 5 minutes from borne and close to the beach All supermarkets are LIDL, Mercadona are nearby.
