International Customer Service Representative (Barcelona)
Would you like to work in an international environment? Our client is looking for Customer Service Advisors to handle all post sales customer contact. To fill this role, our client is seeking a bilingual candidate who has the ability to fluently speak one of the following languages +fluent english!: French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Swedish, Dutch.
As a Customer service Representative, your role will involve:
-Attend the customer phone calls and resolve inquiries.
-Provide information about the services
-Accurate notes kept on computer system at all times
-Sharing best practice and knowledge with team members
Our Customer Service Representatives must show a good attention to detail, accuracy and ability to learn new systems with ease. Good verbal and written communication is required. Previous experience in similar position is desirable but not compulsory as full training will be provided.
Hours of Work: 39 hours a week, Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Salary :9,03 euros br/h
