For our European HQ in Barcelona we are looking for a pro-active and motivated individual to support or team. The position is based in Barcelona.
Your tasks at a glance!
During the internship you will be involved in the recruitment process for our clients, which means writing and posting Job Ads, gathering and screening CV as well as doing the first Interviews post screening.
Our small team is growing slowly but surely, on top of being in charge of recruiting your own successor, you may support the MD to recruit team members from time to time & contribute to the talent acquisition and HR strategy of our European & international offices.

Data Management
We have various communities of talents; for instance translators, coaches, interpreters, HR specialist, cross-cultural trainers etc. & we need to organize our database & be in touch with them on a regular basis. Part of your time you will be involved in CRM & community management.

Business Development
We work as a team, so @ Polyglot, all are curious about the opportunities & the market news; you'll need to be curious too.
Depending on your appetence for sales, you may contribute to the lead generation & sales effort but your primary role will be focused on recruitment & HR

Who are we looking for?
You are passionate about people
You like everything digital: LinkedIn, Xing, skype, google hangout
Knowledge of excel, power point
Results orientated and highly self-motivated
Knowledge of CRM such as Zoho, Salesforce and talent acquisition softwares would be a plus, but not a must
First experience in HR and recruitment of a fast-going company would be a plus
You are a Master student with a background in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or any other related field
Available for 6 month (Minimum!)
Must have:
excellent phone manners and interpersonal skills
Outstanding communication skills in at least 2 languages (English a must); 3 or 4 preferred + excellent writing skills in at least 2 languages (English is a must!)
