The ideal candidate ensures customer support. The main tasks involve: - Handle incoming calls and log details in the company’s tracking system - Maintain technical knowledge and expertise associated - Progress and close service calls to a satisfactory level - Liaise with Senior Analyst on specific open calls
- French or German native speaker, and fluency in English - Previous experience in technical customer support is an advantage - Advanced knowledge of IT
