landlord/rental agency trying to rip me off legal? (Barcelona)

Hi I have a question. I just gave the rental agency for my flat my required 1 months notice that I am leaving. They now are telling me that after I hand in the keys, they will have one month to check the apartment to see if everything is okay. Of course, this doesn't give me a chance to fix any problems they see with the apartment. Is this legal? Can I tell them no? That they have to visit the apartment within two weeks of me moving out to give me a chance to fix any perceived problems?
