Looking for a new flatmate! (Barcelona)

Hello everyone!

My flatmate and I are looking for a new ‘addition’ – male or female - to our household. The flat is in the area Poblenou/ Diagonal Mar, just in front of the newly opened park by Jean Nouvel (C/Bac de Roda Protected content . We’re an Austrian girl Protected content a French guy Protected content in this bright three-bedroom flat. We dispose of 2 bathrooms, two balconies, a newly furnished kitchen and a very welcoming living room. The whole flat is very nicely furnished and we’re offering a room with an in-built wardrobe, a double bed and a bedside table. The building is new as are all the windows, doors and the parquet floor. The third room will be free from September on and we are looking for someone who is working in Barcelona and intends to stay for a while. We are happy to welcome foreigners, preferable from other countries than ourselves in order to achieve a good culture mix at home! The room is for rent at EUR 500/month.
