Looking for a Spanish speaker to help w/ rental! (Barcelona)

Hi guys; me and my girlfriend are looking for a long-term flat now that she's secured a job here and while I get one myself.

A lot of the cheaper flats on LoQuo, pisos.com etc are private rentals (which would be good for us as we wouldn't have to pay an agency fee) - but our Spanish isn't good enough yet to properly arrange a viewing over the telephone, let alone understand the conditions with a Spanish-speaking landlord / landlady!

If anyone would be available to help us out with this do let us know - payment would be by pre-arranged cash or ideally by a few beers / coffees / a meal or two in our new apartment!
