My account was renewed without my authorisation (Barcelona)

The albatroz membership that used to be yearly paid and you would get an e-mail before it expired to decide if you wanted to renew it or not now changed to auto-renew, so my membership was renewed without my permission. I only discovered it by change while checking my paypal account history. I contacted them and they had an evasive answer and don't want to refund me. I opened a dispute on paypal for this payment. If I'm not refunded I'll sue internations for changing my account without my permission. It's a very serious thing.
