Online Target Optimizer (EN/DE) for our Performance Based Marketing Company
Location: Barcelona, Spain
To start: immediately

Candidate profile
As the activity is fast growing, we are looking for two Online Target Optimizers to cover the different countries we are working with. You will be part of the Analysis team, which works closely with the technical department and provides internal service to other departments of Aedgency.
His/ her role will consist in developing Keyword Lists and performing URLs research in order to optimize the click through rate of the advertising campaigns of the company.
If you like working with languages, surfing on the web and are performance driven, this is the job you are looking for!

Perform research on the web, finding and listing websites according to given categories and channels.
Develop the best performing keywords to generate traffic.
Analyze the results of the traffic generated and optimize the click rate.
Minimum requirements
German and English bilingual.
A third European language.
Basic statistic skills or numbers friendly.
Good knowledge of Excel
Internet savvy, enjoys keeping updated with what’s on the web.
Have a broad overview and at the same time attention to detail.
Service oriented.
Autonomy, analyzing capabilities.
Able to work under pressure.
Preferred profiles: human sciences, social sciences, linguists, psychologists.
Extra requirements (to identify the best candidates)
Knowledge of the tools for online advertising measurement.
Experience with Google Keywords tool.
Have previously worked in a multicultural environment.
