Payroll Specialist NL+FR (Barcelona)

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with fluent level of French and Dutch for our client, a multinational company with offices close to Barcelona (accessible via transport).

The Job

As a Payroll Specialist you will have the following responsibilities:

-Ensuring that personnel administration/payroll processes are in line with global directions,

legal standards and country specific requirements

-Processing payroll timely and accurately

-Acting as a contact person for our business partners and external bodies

-Actively supporting transitions of HR transactional tasks

The Profile

-Fluent in French, Dutch and English is a MUST

-Minimum 3 years of experience in high volume payroll environment

-Experience as Payroll Specialist on the French market is a plus

-Familiar with SAP/R3 HR system would be an asset

-Well organized and able to maintain high level of accuracy

-Flexible and able to work in a fast changing environment

-Team player
