Sales Prospecting Specialist, French market based in Barcelona ( Native French and Fluent English )


The Sales Prospecting Specialist (SPS) is responsible for:
- Protected content new business growth for the UK Market through research and teleprospecting. This person is responsible for the prospecting and cold calling into advertisers and advertising agencies for the purpose of identifying good, sustainable advertising clients for Yahoo!
- Protected content with B2B Marketing as the MM Sales representative to create and implement scalable methods of gathering and qualifying leads for the Mid Market team

The SPS must have tremendous enthusiasm for creating new business opportunities and must be tenacious and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a keen interest in data are essential to the role.

This SPS is expected to understand the overall business objectives of the Yahoo! sales organization and be able to articulate the Yahoo! value proposition to the advertising community.

Responsibilities:

Calling & prospecting:
- Protected content identify and qualify potential advertisers through prospecting and cold calling with the end result being a set appointment for a Yahoo! Media Sales Representative
- Protected content up on inbound sales leads and referrals
- Protected content with prospects about their needs and business goals and determine whether Yahoo! solutions can address their need
- Protected content the most appropriate decision maker in the company and introduce Yahoo’s solutions.
- Protected content if the company would be a good fit and pass lead to Sales Rep.
- Protected content with Sales Reps to schedule appointments within an assigned vertical
- Protected content market intelligence on assigned verticals and specific accounts through the use of various research tools including current news articles, ComScore, Hoovers, Corporate Financial Statements, PR, etc.
- Protected content provide smart client research and industry specific information
- Protected content and understand trends within client markets and industries
- Protected content and create sales proposals
Productivity:
- Protected content daily/weekly/monthly productivity goals as defined by management
- Protected content with Sales Reps to schedule appointments within an assigned vertical
- Protected content to the electricity on the sales floor!
Tracking
- Protected content , scalable methodology for sourcing the highest quality leads from various sources
- Protected content track effectiveness of leads sources and refine methodology
- Protected content detailed information with each conversion as per criteria
- Protected content as consultant to other Mid Market teams on prospecting and tracking
- Protected content update management and B2B on prospecting, sourcing, tracking
- Protected content to inbound leads to better understand the revenue opportunity that exists
- Protected content sales leads through prospecting and internal/external technology solutions
- Protected content to increase the efficiency of our Sales Reps shortening sales cycles and eliminating poorly qualified leads
