In this position you will have the opportunity to work in the exciting video games industry selling best in class localization services. You will report to and work closely with our EMEA Games Director growing our European client list.
Develop new business relationships by identifying and prospecting for new clients
Professionally manage and regularly report on the progress of your sales pipeline
Generate sales revenue and meet an agreed annual target.
Create client proposals, contracts and related documentation.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Respond to RFIs and RFPs in a timely manner.
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of clients localization needs
Make sure all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
Keep abreast of localization industry tools and trends
Love of games is fundamental
Proven B2B sales ability with full knowledge of the sales process.
Demonstrated ability to close deals
Strong client management skills
Ability to overcome sales roadblocks creatively
Self-starter able to work remotely with limited oversight
Ability to work well with a globally distributed team in a flat management structure
Knowledge of the games localization processes a real plus.
English fluency and excellent communication skills are essential
A second language is very helpful.
Office Location and Travel Requirements
This is a work from home position
Protected content % travel is required to visit clients and prospects
Occasional travel throughout Europe might also be required
Barcelona based candidates preferred.
