School & Restaurant Recommendations (Barcelona)

Hi, my boyfriend, dog and I will be moving to Spain August 26th. We are extremely excited and I was wondering if anyone would have recommendations for:

1. A school for spanish lessons
2. Banking for English speaking Expats
3. Good restaurants in the Cuitat Vella area. A good local spot with authentic Spanish food.
