In this position, the ideal candidate ensures Customer Support with the clients of the company. The main tasks involve: - Assistance of customers, on software, hardware or technical aspects - Technical and scientific advices - Troubleshooting of problems - Solving issues and queries - Track incidences in company’s internal system, register and establish follow-up
- Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry or equivalent - Previous experience in summer jobs/student jobs desired - Excellent command of German and English to a native level - Autonomous and disciplined, responsible - Teamwork and positive attitude, willing to learn and proactive
