Impact Five Group is looking for a Senior Sales Executive. Impact Five Group organises international strategic business events for senior decision-makers from global companies – both under our own brands and for major clients.

Senior Sales Executive Role Objective:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Provides guidance to Sales Executives and leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in-line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in our markets and contributes to the development of training programs for Sales Executives.

Responsibilities include:
Develops a sales strategy both event specific and company-wide that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Identifies trends and ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities through research with internet, social media and telephone.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying prospects and estimating partners' needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Manages client relationships and accounts, delivering excellent customer care.
Maintains company reputation through professionalism at all times, protection of data and client information.
Generates material for company Industry Reports and contributes material for the Company Newsletter.
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
In a nutshell, as a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for building up business through gaining new customers and accounts. You’ll be responsible for achieving assigned sales and profit goals.

Who are we looking for? The right candidate for this role will demonstrate the following qualities:
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
First and foremost, you must be passionate about Sales and the Events industry.
Have experience in Sales, a minimum of 3-5years – preferably within Events and another industry.
Be confidant and enjoy speaking on the phone, whilst maintain your own personality and delivering the brand message – without being excessively “salesy”.
Have high energy levels and be motivated to achieve Sales.
Proficient research skills.
Good report and general writing skills.
Be pro-active and confident at taking the initiative and task managing.
Be meticulous with Data Management.
Experience of – or willingness to learn – CRM systems.
Ideally have at least basic social media experience, or be enthusiastic to learn how to incorporate social media into Sales Strategy.
Be a freelancer, or willing to work freelance for the position.
Personality-wise, to be friendly and approachable whilst maintaining professionalism at all times.
Possess the following Languages: English and Spanish – native or professional working proficiency. As an International Company, all other languages will be positively regarded.
PC proficiency.

Hours of Work: Full-time, working hours Protected content , however, during Events and busy periods, your timetable is subject to change and we request flexibility.
Start Date: Immediate, with initial 3 months contract, following 1 month probation period. For the right person, there is the opportunity for this to become an indefinite contract.
Remuneration: Fixed basic pay + commission
