Shipping advice (Barcelona)

Hello everyone,
I will be soon moving back to Freiburg, Germany and would like to ask for an advice how can I ship my stuff....it would probably be a box up to 40 kg (or less-mainly clothes and non-heavy stuff).
I am looking for a good and not expensive courier services or sbd who would be traveling with a car and can transport it for a reasonable payment :)
