Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities

We are looking for French Customer Services Advisors to join our expanding team, so if you want to help customers over the phone and have a technical profile then please apply now.

The role of the Customer Service Representatives involves providing excellent customer service, supporting consumers via email and/or phones.

Through problem identification, troubleshooting, education and resolution, these experienced agents will be required to provide innovative and exceptional customer experience.

You will be part of a team providing premium technical customer service via e-mail, and phone. You will need to be able to respond in French.

We currently assist customers with:
• Technical issues
• Troubleshoot for faults in electrical items for the home and entertainment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
You will ideally have some experience of technical customer support and be computer literate (advance). In addition, you will need to be highly motivated and enthusiastic with good verbal and written communication skills. Self-organised, good planning and prioritisation skills and a natural problem-solving ability are also important.

Salary:
1375€ gross/month for 39h/week.

Full time Protected content a week, you have to be available to work Monday to Friday
