You will support our clients, market-leading companies of different sectors with the conception and implementation of operational processes. In your project team you develop approaches to create client-specific requirements within the areas of marketing, sales and service and to implement them in SAP CRM or MS CRM.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
■ a degree in business informatics, informatics or similar education. For the senior Consultant position more than 2 years experience in the CRM Consulting
■ above average grades
■ process know-how in the areas of marketing, sales or service
■ strong communication skills in English
■ knowledge of German is not essential
■ SAP ERP, MS CRM, BI know-how is optional for the Consultant position
■ strong social skills in the contact with clients and colleagues
