Internations Midsummer Night Ball 24th of Sep.2011 (Basel)

Dear Basel Internations Community

We would like to organize a Ball with dinner and dancing in Basel and would like to know if you guys would be interested.

As it will be a ticketed event you need to sign up for it as it is really important for us to know if you would like to join.

The venue needs to of course plan and prepare the food and the location.
Approximate costs will be around 85 CHF per person.
Albatros members will have a reduction on the ticket.

There will be a 4 course dinner served and the possibility to hit the dancefloor to all kinds of music.

Your RSVP is requested latest by July 15.

We need to have a min. of 50 people joining..so if we reach that amount an official invite will be sent out where you will be able to sign up for yourself and your partner if you wish.
