Payed sick leave due to surgery (Basel)

Hi all,
I'm working in a company in Switzerland since May Protected content . In December I will have a surgery at my shoulder, and the recovery period will be of Protected content . So I will have a sick certificate for this period.
My question is: will the company pay me 100% for this sick leave even if it's for a surgery?
Please note that in the contract this is not specified and that I tooked already 2 weeks of sick leave in October due to a bronchitis ( and they payed me 100% of the salary ).

Of course, I would like not to loose any money but I don't know the Swiss labor law.
