We are looking for a decent and kind flatmate to share a serviced apartment in the Concordia Plaza (Jia He Li Yuan) on Xiaoyun Road, Liangmaqiao, Chaoyang District. The apartment is Protected content meters large and has 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. Currently 3 rooms are taken by people from the UK, Japan and China. We are professionals working in bank, radio and education, all very friendly, open-minded and fun, and enjoy sharing meals together. The room available is fully furnished for RMB5,200 a month, plus RMB390 a month for electricity, gas, hot and cold water, internet and cleaning service (twice a week). The location is superb as it is conveniently located on the North-east corner of the 3rd ring road, nearby the French and American Embassies and Ladies Street, only 10 minutes walking distance to Liangmaqiao Subway Station, Lufthansa Centre, Lucky Street, Solana and Chaoyang Park, and about 10 minutes away from CBD area and Sanlitun by taxi. The apartment is self-facilitated with a swimming pool, gym centre, supermarket, laundry (these are on the ground floor) and a garden, has 24-hour security, and is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, convenient stores, shops, banks and bars. Most residents living here are diplomats and business persons.
