A private driver (Basic English required) (Beijing)

Hello everyone,
Can anyone recommend a private driver for one day? We would like to take our company's guest to the Great Wall and the problem is to find a driver who can speak basic English. I heard about a lot of scam when they take you to overpriced tea ceremonies, souvenir shops, etc. So, we would like to hire a reliable private driver.
