Alcohol allowance into China and custom duties (Beijing)

Hi everyone,
Moving to China soon and would like to bring some bottles of wine with me. I have reviewed several webs and apparently it says that Protected content is the allowance and in some cases the double is allowed if the person is staying for a long term. Cannot find any specifics about the applicable custom duties, does any one has an idea where to find that info?
