Beijing PE/VC Networking Event

After 10 years of fast growth, venture capital (VC) and private equity (PE) funds are booming in China and have played a very important role in financing small- and medium-sized companies and in stimulating innovation. Even though the current competition is fierce, the gross domestic product (GDP) ratio of total VC/PE funds is only 0.2 to 0.3 percent in China, far below the 2 or 3 percent in many developed countries. There is no doubt that the market is still expanding and the development space remains huge.

The Thinker Group’s May 28th PE/VC Networking Event will provide you a great opportunity to get to know the PE/VC market in China, network with people within the industry and meet young entrepreneurs. We have also invited three panelists representing PE, VC and Angel investing to share with you their experience and investment strategies.

Panel Discussion Topics
1.What is the difference between private equity, venture capital and angel investing?
2.What is the current development with PE, VC and Angel investing and the future trends?
3.What companies and industries their firms have invested in?
4.What is the average return rate for a fund?
5.What are the critical elements in developing a successful investment fund?
