CityWise Recruit Property Consultant assistant (Beijing)

CityWise Property Solutions is one of the leading Real Estate and Relocation Company in Beijing, serving the expatriate community in their residential property needs.

As Executive Assistant you will support a senior residential property consultant in achieving greater levels of success for the team. At the same time, you will continue to develop into a supportive leader / manager. Your leadership on all administrative tasks will allow the Lead Agents to focus on generating new business, negotiating deals and staying in touch with past clients.

Your main duty will be to implement all systems ranging from tenant, landlord lead generation, database management, information management and back office support. This person relishes the opportunity to build and manage multiple systems while performing the following tasks:

Overview of Administrative Responsibilities:
•Keep lead agents informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
•Maintain updated calendar updated with all events
•Produce documents, briefing paper, report and presentations when needed
•Maintain organized files on each client
•Attend training and development courses as requested

Overview of Marketing Responsibilities:
•Maintain all aspects of team databases including updates and additions of any personal information of clients
• Coordinate with marketing team.

Overview of Listing Coordination Responsibilities:
•Enter listings into CRM/MLS software
•Execute listing marketing plan
•Process all brokerage paperwork and CRM Paperwork
•Relay all necessary documents to contract coordinator/Property Consultant in a timely manner
•Correspond with all clients to ensure that they are informed of deadlines and important dates from contract to close
•Take ownership of transactions from Contract to Close

Overview of Client Relations Responsibilities:
•Collect feedback from agents regarding showing of property by phone and/or email
•Serve as a Liaison via phone and email for agents between clients, lenders, inspectors, staff, HR etc.

Technical & skill based Requirements for this this role:
•Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, outlook, Salesforce is a plus
•Strong ability to operate within multiple programs quickly and efficiently
•Good telephone skills
•Mature and professional attitude
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Exceptional organization skills and project management abilities
•Exceptional attention to detail
•Ability to stay calm under pressure
•Excellent ability to multi-task when necessary
•Must have a service based attitude
•Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
•Team Player
•Great English written and spoken skills, any additional language is a plus

Salary: basic salary + bonus
