Cloud Storage - China - What works?? (Beijing)

We're moving to China soon and I would like to transfer / share files with friends/family/colleagues using a cloud storage system.

I've reviewed a few, only to find that the popular ones are blocked (!) or have issues. The instructions for the Chinese ones are all in Mandarin - any recommendations on what's accessible (in China & intl), has good storage (2TB min) and has instructions in English?
