competent, reasonably priced TCM consult? (Beijing)

I've got a good friend visiting this coming week-end, and he wants to consult a TCM specialist, specifically for some eczema-related issue. But only if reasonably priced (say Protected content including prescribed treatment).

It's all rather short notice, and I know nothing about TCM.

Anyone have any personal recommendations that might fit the above criteria?
