Concerns about clothes. (Beijing)

I'm moving to Beijing in 4 weeks.
Most of my wardrobe is on the tighter and low-cut side. My summer clothes are mostly short dresses, backless dress, and crop tops.
I've heard that people will hassle me and I've heard that Beijing is very Westernized, so I really have no idea what to expect if I wear what I want.
Opinions?
