Cooking up a tasty fuss in Beijing

My wife Aey and I arrived in Beijing just yesterday.. and we were thinking about taking some Chinese Cooking Lessons in traditional cuisine. Our Mandarin is pretty basic, so we would probably need a teacher/laoshi who can speak English. We aren't looking for Protected content , we would like group tuition. We are going to grab a Time Out or something but thought the local knowledge of Internations might "bear fruit"
