English Teacher:
Position Description:
1. Teaching and implementing the certified THE COMPANY Method;
2. Prepare to teach and Implement THE COMPANY classes of adult student base;
3. Meetings: Weekly Meeting with the SM, Monthly Center meetings, etc.;
4. Give feedback to students.
Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Native English speaker;
3. At least 2 years teaching experience post Bachelor’s degree;
4. TEFL/CELTA/TESOL or equivalent;
5. Customer service background is a plus;
6. Exposure in flexible working hours or shifts desired.
Please note that the first four are required in order to obtain a working visa:
- Native Speaker of English (United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom,
South Africa, Ireland)
- University degree, Bachelor’s or equivalent
- CELTA /TEFL certificate or equivalent
- A minimum of 24 months (2 yrs) Teaching experience is required, must be post-graduation
- Able to get a Criminal Background Check (This is specifically for Beijing)
- Willing to work weekends and evenings
- Sociable, dynamic, inspiring, energetic, and organized
***Please note that all teachers who wish to acquire a Z-Visa are required to obtain a release letter, and a cancellation letter upon completing their contract with their previous employer-This is specifically for local recruits.

Relocation Package
Reimbursement upon valid official invoices:
1. Expenses for flight, non-criminal certificate application and post fee (up to RMB Protected content
2. Expenses of the health check required by chinese embassy overseas for z visa application, visa
application fee of embassy, visa agency fee and urgent service fee if you would apply for one to
catch on board date
3. Expenses for local health check after your arrival in Beijing, health check result post fee and taxi fee to the health check center (up to RMB Protected content
Services provided directly by company:
1. Pick up service in airport
2. 7 days hotel accommodation
3. visa procedure and renew of every year
Cash Advance only for new teacher:
1. To support new teachers' relocation in Beijing
2. Loan up to RMB Protected content interest
3. Will be issued in cash based on successfully completion of on board training
4. RMB Protected content be deducted from your monthly payroll from your first full payment month (e.g. you will join THE COMPANY in April, 23rd; May will be your first full payment month)

Option A:
Work for 35 hours per week,.
1) Basic salary is 16, Protected content RMB;
Protected content monthly for food subsidies;
3) 1,000 RMB bonus when the student feedback is good;
4) Bonus when student introduces new students to the teacher’s class;
5) 7,000 RMB bonus if work one full year.
6) For new recruits settling-in apply for reimbursement 5,000 RMB, and 10,000 RMB in the Housing Fund.
Sign an official one-year contract, the company offers a work visa, commercial insurance and annual leave.

Option B:
Work for 25 hours per week,
1) Basic salary is 11,200 RMB;
Protected content monthly for food subsidies;
Other benefits in Option Option A reduces by half.
