Expats finding a job in Beijing

Hey ladies and gents,

Just trying to get some of your thoughts and suggestions on finding a job here in Beijing or even in Shanghai. How hard has it been? I have extensive background in import/export and supply chain from the US but from the companies I've applied to most require read and write chinese. I've applied to Protected content and no response from any so far.

Any suggestions on where else to look or share some of your experiences on finding a job here.
