Fabric Markets (Beijing)

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good dressmaker? I've got 4 weddings to attend this summer so I want to get some dresses made. I know in Shanghai you can go to a local fabric market with a photo and the woman will measure you up and use her own fabric to make the dress. Is this the same in Beijing or do you have to buy the fabric first?

Also, if you have anyone in particular that you have used before please send her details! =]
