Filing Taxes in China (Beijing)

Dear All,
This that time of year and I need help! I currently have Chinese income tax taken from every paycheck but I have been told I now need to file an end of the year tax return with the Chinese Gov't...anyone done this? Know how to do it? My HR department doesn't have any information - I am only foreigner in a very large Chinese organization.
