Finding a regular taxi to call (Beijing)

Anyone have any suggestions on a taxi company that is open to calling for pick-ups in English?

Sadly, I am in a really inconvenient location (near Ciyunsi Bridge) in a housing complex and I have a ways to go to find a taxi at 4th ring or Chaoyang Road.

With a broken leg, making it that far is a challenge, so I'm hoping to find a taxi company to arrange pick-ups with more complicated directions (in a gate and through the housing complex).

Any companies anyone can recommend?
