Help catching these two.. (Beijing)

Dear Friends,

Unfortunately on Wednesday at 2:35 am my electric scooter was stolen by a guy & a girl, there's CCTV footage of these thieves recorded by the Management but, police seems really slow and not willing to speed up the investigation, time is being wasted.
If you saw these thieves around ChunXiuLu, Dongzhimen area in a XinRi red scooter, PLEASE let me know.Thanks.
There's video evidence and if we all cooperate with each other, these two peeps can be caught.
