Ideas for teaching English (Beijing)

Hey people, I am currently working in Wanda Sofitel and 1 of my jobs is teaching English to my colleagues in the front office departments. Does anyone have any ideas for me as to how I can do the classes? Also what sort of materials are good for teaching Chinese people. Baring in mind, alot of my colleagues come from upper class families so they are quite proud people and believe they are ahead of the rest even though they aren't! hehe!
