International remittence(again :)) (Beijing)

Hi,
I have read the previous thread about International Banking Transfers and I am now a bit confused about the transfer limits.
So if I want to transfer from RMB to USD or EUR, the limit per year is 50KUSD/PERSON/year? Is my understanding correct? So if we are a couple, the amount is 100kUSD?
Can we transfer the amount (e.g. 50kUSD)once and for all?
Is there any bank that you recommend to do the transfers from China to France?
I am sorry to ask the question again but I read in some comments that the limit is 500USD/day which makes the amount allowed per year higher than 50kUSD...
